What can be returned?

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
  • Items purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Items that are incorrect (size, color, style) due to our error.

What cannot be returned?

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page).
  • Gift cards.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to return and the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Azaleatees.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the correct size or style.
